Food is a very devisive topic.
Have you ever thought about what you eat? Why you like it? Why you can eat and have to have a food nap? Why you can have it and still be hungry? Why you dont like it ? Societal expectations of food?
I find this an incredibly interesting topic and the science studies done are quite fascinating to me, so much so I became a trained sensory tester at a food science university (a human sensory guinee pig essentially) and also studied nutritional therapy as a proffession.
I have gathered alot of information thanks to my neurodiversity enabling me to consume large amounts of data without nodding off, theres something to be said for being autistic with ADHD.
The more people I spoke with, the more feedback I got that I came at things a little differently than other people they had spoken to, and that what I had put to them had made a difference when they gave it a go. Especially where food is sensory and practical swaps that still meet those needs had not previously been expored or been successful.
My main question for anyone is how much food do you eat and how much food type product do you consume. They are very different things and why I went on to study nutritional therapy instead of becoming a registered dietician in the U.K.
